Omax Globalmax 2040 WaterJet

At 1CUTFAB our Water Jet is a 6'8" x 13'3" GlobalMax 2040 Water Jet that is capable of cutting almost any material. There are many advantages to water Jet cutting compared to other methods such as plasma or laser cutting. When you cut with a waterjet you get smooth edges that do not need any extra work to them such as deburring. Water jet cutting does not leave any burn marks, cracks, and does not work-harden the material compared to plasma and laser cutting. With water jet cutting we can cut much thicker materials at a higher accuracy. Our GlobalMax waterjet can cut materials at a high tolerance with no material distortion.
